I have always wanted to start a blog! So here is my attempt! I thought the best way to start a blog about Matt and my life is to start with an about us post!
Matt and I are both from Spanish Fork but we never went to school together, Matt graduated in 2002 and I graduated in 2005. We had some of the same friends but never meet, we even have pictures together at a friends wedding from 2006. A year later we were both invited to a party (by different people) and we were introduced. I wouldn't say that Matt and I are a "love at first sight" couple. He was introduced to me as "Goble", I told him their is no way I would remember that and asked for his first name. We spent the rest of the night talking until my mom called me at 3 am and told me it was time to come home... like 3 hours ago! We exchanged numbers and I went home.
I thought like all other guys I wouldn't hear from this guy I meet for a few days, but this was not the case with Matt. I got a text the next day from him wondering if I would like to go on a ride with him on his bullet bike, of course I said yes. After that day we were inseparable.
We got engaged on November 4, 2008 (Election Day), Married April 24, 2009. For me that past 3, almost 4, years of my life have been the BEST! I have learned so much about who I am and have never been happier.
